Judith Payne (Cambridge) had a great high jump competition to grab a silver medal with a 1.70m clearance. Scottish international L McConnell won the competition.

Ruth Dales (Bradford) managed three personal best performances over the weekend competition. She won her 60m heat in 8.04 secs, but didn't progress to the final.

Next day, Dales recorded another two pbs, notching up 8.94 secs in the 60m hurdles heats then topping that with 8.90 secs to place seventh in the final.
