Shildon AC Open MeetingReport by: WebmasterWakefield Junior Jets starlet Hannah Evenden showed she was back in form at the recent Shildon AC Open meeting. Hannah, who has recently been troubled with a knee injury from an earlier competition at Wigan was the only Wakefield Harrier entered at the meeting, and took part in the U11 girls long jump competition. Although placed second, Hannah gained a personal best leap of 3.21m just 4cm short of the winner who leapt 3.25cm, and at such an early stage in the season Hannah is sure to improve on this as the season goes on. |
