I have just returned from the Gateshead open (Sunday 22/04/01) and have won another medal for the longjump. I got a P.B of 3.26m the results were:

1st S.Coleby (DURHAM) 3.36m
2nd H.Evenden (WAKEFIELD) 3.26m
3rd L.Laune (CHESTER LE STREET) 3.18m

The conditions were cold, windy, sometimes drizzly, some sun. The U11 girls were jumping into the wind. I hope this report has given you a good picture of how the day was.
