Yorkshire Vets AAReport by: Bryan MurrayWakefield Harriers had several competitors entered in the third race in the Yorkshire Veterans Athletics series. The course at Heslington was tough enough, but the warm and sunny conditions proved a real handicap. Dave Brailsford was the first Wakefield athlete to finish, claiming 7th place in 35 mins 46 secs. Next two Harriers were Clive Grace who finished 12th in 36 mins 20 secs, and Dave Price, 14th in 36 mins 48 secs. |
