Harriers Veteran athlete Brian Shearsmith continued his rich vein of form with success at the Eastern Vets Championships at Chelmsford.

Shearsmith won a triple gold tally in the 100m (12.9secs), 200m (26.5 secs) and 100m sprint hurdles (18.2secs).
