The club successfully hosted the first meeting of the West Yorkshire Cross Country League at Thornes Park, with the meeting incorporating the 2013 Club Cross Country Championships. There were some great races between club members, , and it was wonderful to see our two National Cross Country Champions Julie Briscoe (British Masters) and Annabel Mason (U17 Ladies) taking part. Annabel came out on top, and father John made it a great family double by winning the Men's Club Championship, just ahead of U20 Daniel Franks. Many thanks to all the marshals and helpers who made the event possible, and to Simon Lewis, Jane Read & John Newsome for taking the pictures and doing the presentations.
